Both. There will (probably) be a new top at the end of the day and there was another, slightly lower top when command was passed on. So one presidency ends at the top and a new starts with a new top.

That means top is most def in. Not every day you get two presidential tops in one day.

Didn't watch the 38m video.  Are you familiar with the term "perma bear"?  A two minute google finds an article where Grantham thought the market was fairly valued in 2008 and a bubble about to burst in 2016.  If he's right, he's playing a long con.
