You want to know how I know the top is in......

My friend called me yesterday to tell me that the top was in and that he was pulling everything out of his sector investing and putting it into a Japanese fund, a world fund and some other fund that sounded sketchy.

Has to be true this is the same person that called me the day of the election to tell me that he was putting everything into a money market because if Trump won the markets we're going to drop like the great depression.

I really should start tracking his moves and show him the math but it would just end up in an argument. Instead I just send him links to lazy portfolios and bogleheads.

Bobble heads?
Bogleheads?

P.S. Boggle was a word game from the 80s.  I should know, I was a super geeky teenager.

Woke up to news you Orangutang In Chief has done something again.

In fairness he does have a point, even if made very inarticulately.

I won't elaborate on China's modus operandi (for fear they will come after me :D), but woe betide anyone who ever wants to set up shop with China and do free and fair business.

My yearly 401K profit sharing company contribution went in yesterday.  It's pretty much a 401K bonus on top of the company match.  It was supposed to go in today.

You know, when I first saw it, I thought that animatronic Trump wasn't very accurate, but looking at this photo, I'm realizing it's more accurate than I gave it credit for.

Also, Top is still in!

I think Thorstach is a bot, triggered by a certain % drop in the S&P or total market index.

But hey, top is in, we're all gonna die, eat your pets, sell your children, etc. etc.

Is there an index I can check the market price of my kids against? Might be a good hedge if they are not too highly correlated to equities.

Saw that the S&P 500 was up almost 3% today! Then I looked down and saw that apparently the Dow’s 670-point surge belies fact that stock market is on the brink of an absolute breakdown.

Well crap, guess the top is back in.
