Ok, I’m jumping in with our new, pretty sizeable mortgage. We bought our first place this year, and would like to pay it off sooner rather than later, though we don’t have high incomes, so we’re still going to be here a long while. We are still working on the place cash flowing repairs and maintenance, so we probably won’t be paying more towards the mortgage for a while, but we want to as soon as we can. 2025Jan $510,000Feb $509,071
