omg! Is this program scientific, ie based on anything... or is it random?
week 2 ends with, 16,17,14,14, 20+=
and then week 3 starts with one less, 14,18,14,14, 20+
And here I am on week 3, day 2, and I see: 20,25,15,15, 25+ That is quite a leap!
I actually completed it, but the "25+" was in 2 parts, 17 and 10, and I took an extra 60 seconds rest between sets.
