Coffee, assuming it has been roasted, loses its flavor profile MUCH faster than tea, so it sounds like your priorities are right. Any fun discoveries?
Oof late reply!! I definitely tend towards french, italian or espresso. Dark like my soul. Not as big of a fan of lighter ones... Columbian in particular reminds me of this coffee shop where I always hated my drink.
