*I added $18k-19k of debt for the rental that I had not been tracking. I realized that if I was going to count the rental equity & mortgage, I probably should count the other rental debt too.
Bonus came in and raise is scheduled to go into affect in March. Bonus is going towards debt, so hopefully we will see a pretty big decrease there in March, and raise allowed me to increase 401k contributions. We also plan to start contributing to IRA again in March! I am pretty excited (financially) for the rest of 2019!
