I am looking for an affordable place to rent for at least the next two years starting in August while my SO gets her grad degree at CU Denver, Anschutz.
We really want access to some yard space because we both love gardening. Easy commute to grocery stores, downtown, campus all great bonuses, since of course we both love riding our bikes. I have been and will continue to search via more traditional routes but thought I'd check for any friendly Mustachian home-owners looking for two stellar tenants.
