Title: Looking for rental in Denver, starting August

I am looking for an affordable place to rent for at least the next two years starting in August while my SO gets her grad degree at CU Denver, Anschutz.

We really want access to some yard space because we both love gardening. Easy commute to grocery stores, downtown, campus all great bonuses, since of course we both love riding our bikes. I have been and will continue to search via more traditional routes but thought I'd check for any friendly Mustachian home-owners looking for two stellar tenants.

A friend of mine is also looking a place for rent in Denver. If you have got any then please let me know as I can ask my friend to contact the same person who had helped you in searching the place on rent.
