Have you tried them? We want to get stuff from Trader Joe's delivered, but Instacart--which I've used several times for my elderly parents and have always been happy with--does not do TJ.

My wife entered all her CC info, booked the time, received a fkn code on her phone, etc., etc., etc., but how you actually select the items you want is a BIG SECRET apparently. Do they message you to ask what you want? On Instacart, selecting your items is very obvious and easy, but not so with Yep!

Any thoughts on this service?

Ugh, they sent a message with a link, and you have to type everything (Brand, item description, quantity) in by hand. Then AFTER we had finished with this, THEN they tell us, Sorry, we can't deliver tomorrow after all--your order must be received by 6PM. OK, whatever, will try it for Thursday. Their website is shite--confusing, lacking in the most basic inforamtion, and in a miniscule font--hopefully the delivery will be better!
