Yaaaay!!! 5.5% Raise coming down the pike!!!!

Usually I know about these things in advance...but not this time, professional staff union negotiated a new contract...had no idea.
So it'll come in a few waves...2% hike with retro to July, another 2% in July (no retro) and a wage band increase of 1.5% also in July.

Whooooooohoooooooo!!!!!!
