Good listen. He seems like a likable guy and had solid advice.
Except for the house. Argh! Don't pay off the house. :) (Though for most of his years, the rates were higher than they are now.)

i have been a subscriber of his for a while(maybe a year?)...pretty good guy it seems... neat freak/perfectionist :) .
