What is the best Barclays card to sign up for?

Any good recommendations from the churners out there?  What are the perks and fees?

I like the Barclays Arrival Plus World Elite MC.  50K miles after spending $3K in 3 months.  Miles can be redeemed against travel purchases at a nice rate (forget what it is at the moment, but at least 1cpm).  $89 annual fee waived first year.  It also has no FTF and it works in Europe as a chip-and-PIN card - one nice detail is that the PIN for chip-and-PIN is the same as the PIN when you use it in the US at an ATM (if you ever have the need for that).

I have the Barclay cash forward because they gave me mail promotion for $200 if I spent $500. 

None of their cards are competitive with Chase/Amex IMO.  That Cash Forward is only 1.5% cash back, while CITI offers 2% on their double cash.  I can't speak for the value of the travel card mentioned by the previous poster.

One thing I can say is they have the best transfer rates I've ever seen!!!  Since getting the card they frequently send me balance transfers checks for 0% for X months with a 1% fee.   None of my other cards ever beat a 2% fee and usually they are 3%+ for a balance transfer fee.

It's better than a bank loan if you're looking to pay something off in 12-18 months.

I had the same promotion show up in my mailbox right as I was getting ready to buy new tires for my car :) Not as good as my Citi Double Cash card for everyday use so I will probably just use it once in a blue moon to keep it open, but that promo was great for getting $200 off a new set of tires!
