Canadians Wealth Simple App
« on: January 08, 2021, 10:32:18 PM »
Has anyone tried this? Is it secure? I searched through this forum a bit and got minimal info.

Can I start with $20?
Any tips?

In new to investing on my own as I usually have an advisor do it.

I've never used Wealth Simple but it looks like there is no minimum to start.

I would recommend using Acorns or Betterment. I use both and they have low fees and super easy to use.

How come you won’t use wealth simple? Is it the fees?

I tried the invest one and it is limiting but the trade one seems ok. Has anyone else tried this and find it secure?

Try putting "Canadians" in your subject line to get more useful responses. We don't have wealth simple in the US and I believe you don't have betterment or acorns.

Is wealth simple a robot advisor? If so, you don't need that service. Read Collins then pick some nice boring index funds.  Millennial Revolution is a Canada based blog that talks about investments too.

Thank you for the suggestion! I have updated :)

They have two platforms. One is a robo and one is trade yourself.
