This year I plan to walk to work as often as practicable, and bring lunch every single day instead of 90% of the time.
The walking thing will be unpleasant at first. I've gained quite a bit of weight. Still, it should get better quite quickly with a 40 minute walk each way on the daily! I used to walk to work all the time a few years ago, so I know it's doable.
Also, plan to up the savings rate to 50%.
