NY Times Article on 4% Withdraw and Retirement

NY Times Story about a version of the 4% withdrawal approach to planning for retirement. Nearly no mention of how to get to the point of safe retirement and general frugal badassity.

I guess the article is written from the viewpoint of mainstream standard retirement age.  With earlier retirement as a quaint oddity.
