The purpose of this board is is to discuss frugal living, FI strategies, challenges, etc.  This applies to all equally regardless of gender, sexual preference, income, etc.

If there's some rational reason for segregation I'm missing...please enlighten me.

- 1 here as well. If one wishes to speak about female-specific topics that can easily be noted in the subject line. I don't post on here much but read just about everything and have no desire to exclude or be excluded.

I agree this is unenlightened!  Also, I feel having a dedicated category for real estate is exclusionary to those of us who aren't landlords!

No, seriously, though, this is just me personally but I don't find I have enough female-specific stuff that this would be helpful.  And it would be counter to the organization that I've seen the mods trying to create here; there seems to be a desire not to create endless subforums--that being why there's a recipe megathread, fitness megathread, etc., rather than separate categories.

I completely agree with the OP. It's only fair, since women get paid with WDollars, and can only invest in 401W and 403B programs, Woth WIRAs, and Wanguard total market funds.
