Merry Christmas all.   I'd like to especially thank those that have contributed to the Overheard at Work thread.  The 80+pages that I hadn't read yet have saved me from going insane listening to Fox News and CNN (the near constant background noise at my parents).

Merry Christmas!  Just got back from signing Christmas carols at a senior center.  That place was awesome! There was a bunch of actives listed, people playing all sorts of games, family members visiting, ect. They even had other seniors volunteering there.  Some how I pictured seniors with no immediate family members all alone in their houses or their nursing homes locked up in their rooms.  I guess I don't have to be so concerned when I get old!

The activities coordinator where my dog and I visit told me she has to have at least 7 activities scheduled every day.  They have lots to do!

I will end up in one sooner rather than later - I won't have to cook any more!
