Looking for thread on hourly rate of green employees

Anyone remember or save the thread where someone made a calculation on their current return of their green employees hourly rate?

I thought I bookmarked it, but cannot find it.

In case I am not clear, someone created a basic formula that figured out what your hourly return was of your invested dollars.
