I haven't seen this posted here yet.  While I was looking for something to listen to during my workout, I came across MUSTACHIANISM - The Music Video!.  It's pretty good.  I like the banana slice shot.  OTOH, I'd wear a helmet.  Too many spills where I hit my head.

And I'm not sure about buying La Croix when water is free out of the tap.  /s

Haha, I just watched it — that banana slice shot cracked me up too. The DIY vibes and the message totally fit the MMM mindset. I’m with you on the La Croix thing… tap water all the way! 🤘 Also, agreed on the helmet — frugality’s no excuse for concussions!

I don't buy the fancy expensive "la croix", but I do buy the equivalent store-brands which are slightly less expensive.  Yeah, I could drink tap water for free... but I know myself, and if I don't have sparkling water available, I am much more likely to grab someone else that is way more unhealthy, if the other alternative is only tap water.
