Buy store leftovers for cheap

Just read about this app that's coming out that will enable you to buy stores' leftovers for cheap. It's like dumpster diving but less sketchy!

Be interesting if it really works. The stores i shop at they just red tag items and they fly off the shelf. One thing I like about Sams Club is I have a business membership and all the meats seem to be discounted for the business card members hours first. I hardly ever buy meat anymore without it being really discounted. Business card hours are 7am -9am before regular store hours. The place I do my main shopping at Aldi's which seems to be popular by dumpster divers red tags items as well. As you eluded to I think the stuff that is going into the dumpsters is for different reasons.

I sometimes take advantage of such deals when I inadvertently when I troll the 24-hr supermarket at 2 in the morning.  There's a lot of stuff from their prepared food counter that they pack up cheaply when the counter closes (at that point it's a bit old).  But yeah, for the most part they are snapped up quickly (usually if I see something good, they are already out).
