Kiss Trust--The Latest?

I believe this article is about Kiss Trust and MMM (from Techdirt).

What's the latest on this? I haven't heard anything since reading MMM's post and the related comments in the forum. If I'm behind the curve, feel free to delete this.

(If you read the article, I'm guessing "C&D" means cease and desist.)

No news on that one I believe.  MMM decided to try and "work with" Everest Wealth Management and deleted all their threads and they came on the board and gave some * responses.  Kiss Trust, as far as I know, is still potentially pending litigation.
