I must be missing something. If not, I'm applying for this card today. What I am seeing:
Flat 4% i.e. 4 points for ever dollar spent, period. A 25-75% bonus on all points if you have an account with them. So the 4% is at minimum 5%.
No yearly fee.
50,000 point bonus with $750 spend.......???
Edit: sorry, looks like 5 points for .01, so its less than 1% cash back.

Also just saw an ad for PNC high yield savings at 3.2% but not available in my market. I would have moved my emergency fund that I have at Citi @2.65.
