Is the SingleCare Pharmacy Savings Card Worthwhile or a Scam?

We just got these cards in the mail. Most of our prescriptions are filled via our HMO. Occasionally, I buy something non-formulary at Costco, which is listed as a "Preferred Pharmacy".

Does anyone have any experience with this outfit? Thanks!

I think I've heard of that blog before, if it's the one I'm thinking of it's pretty good. (Could be mixing it up of course, who knows)
