I quit my job!

Last Friday was my last day at my teaching job. I enjoyed it but I'm looking forward to being a stay-at-home mom (I'm currently 8.5 months pregnant with #1).

We aren't FI yet as we still depend on my husband's income, but we are getting there. It wouldn't have been possible for me to quit work without living on less than 50% of his income (working on getting that even lower). Staying at home with my child(ren) has been a long-time dream of mine and I'm so excited!

Congrats, get ready for time to start ticking by more quickly.

We were about the same age as you when we started having kids, I'm not sure where the last 18 years went, those years are such a blur!!!
