The problem about my job is that I get to work 60 hours + per week. Itīs very stressfull and demand a lot. The upside is that it pays about 30%+ than the other corporate jobs for the 9/5 jobs. I think Iīll cop with it in order to reach ER. However, if I was offered the same salary at another company, for less working hours I wouldnīt think twice.

So you're working 50% extra time for 30% extra money? I guess you're in the realm of diminishing returns!

I really like my career and liked my job up until 2 years ago when the company culture began to tank.  Currently looking for another job and will hopefully be back in the "I like it" camp.  I'd love to go part time in another few years and semi- retire.
