Hi everyone, I'm Mark!
« on: January 15, 2014, 11:02:48 AM »
I'm new to the site.  My name is mark I live in the US.  I am 32 and until I was 31 I thought debt was normal.  I have been educating myself, which is how I found this site, and love learning how I can improve my financial IQ.
I paid off all my debts except my student loan. I rent an apartment and since last year have made a strong push to invest in my retirement and I continue to contribute.

Since I'm new and this sight has a ton of material I'm hoping to get suggestions as to where I should begin both on and off the forum.  Please reply below if you'd like to help.

Hi Mark,  I'll leave it to those who are a lot more clued up than I to give advice. I just wanted to say welcome to this site, and well done on making a great start over the last year. Keep it up and don't get discouraged if there are any setbacks, you're already well ahead of where you would have been if you had done nothing!!
