Original conversation re: buying

- Can haul. I own 7 rental units, so appliances, lumber, etc. is a regular occurrence. I'm totally willing to pull the back seats. No kids, now or ever.
- Can sleep two comfortably. We camp and want to sleep on the side of the road instead of getting reservations sometimes.
- Can haul bikes easily. Ideally a hitch for a One Up rack or other.
Gas efficiency or diesel is obviously a plus.
I'm thinking Honda CRV? Though they get 18 mpg. Toyota Sienna? Got other rec's on past thread for Town and Country because of stow and go but I can also just pitch the back seats.
Willing to pay $3-5K.
