U.S. Bank Business Altitude Connect Priority Pass

I just realized my CC gets 4 free airport longes per year, so I went to https://www.prioritypass.com/join-prioritypass to create an account, but there saying there is a annual fee for it, Just trying to see how to set this up to use the free passes? Can I just skip making a Priority Pass account, go to the airport and show them my card?

You sign up for Priority Pass indirectly through your credit card's website generally - not directly from priority Pass. Thats how I got it which was benefit of my Chase Sapphire Reserve card.
