Do you have an "emergency fund"?  If so, how much?  The typical 3-6 months expenses?

Bouts to FIRE in September and I plan on holding around 50k. This is higher than normal because I invest in rental properties so I like to hold some reserves in case I suddenly need 3 roof replacements and 4 places go vacant at once. I know it's unlikely, but it's the number that makes me feel comfortable so I think that's what matters.

I don't have an emergency fund.
I do have an operating capital fund.
Because I have it, I don't have any financial emergencies (knock on wood).

I heard the term on a documentary about starting a small business and it just makes more sense.
