JenniferW, I agree with Sibley. I see you've been a member for roughly four years but starting about 10 weeks ago you've become extraordinarily active (~75% of your posts have come in the most recent 5% of your time as registered forum member). When I've seen you active in threads I'm reading, your posts have portrayed fear, stress, and jumping to worst case scenarios and conclusions about things about a wide range of topics completely outside of your control.
In addition you've posted many links to other websites and youtube videos that are sensationalistic and designed specifically to evoke fear and worry. This makes me fear that you're spending a lot of your time browsing and consuming this kind of media, and that algorithms (like the one at youtube, twitter, etc) have figured out that this is the type of content that you respond to, which means they will feed you more and more of it, the more you watch and the more you scroll.
I'm not you, I don't know what you're going through in your life or what challenges you face. But from out outside looking in, it sure seems like you're in a self-reinforcing negative cycle. If so, I hope you can find a way out of it.
I imagine you may perceive this post as an attack (or condescending, or any of a wide suite of other things). I hope you don't, but I can understand if you do. Regardless: Good luck!
