CO Flooding
« on: September 13, 2013, 09:13:06 AM »
I've been seeing all the terrible stories of CO flooding on the news.  Does anyone know if our favorite Mustachian Family is ok?

We'd love an update....hoping for the best...

OK here, for the first time since Tuesday I'm seeing some blue sky, but more rain in the forecast for the weekend. Bike path under water, so had to drive to work. Boulder is one of the hardest hit.

Don't fret, Coloradoans are big time outdoorsy people, they have kayaks!

Except the Governor just banned all boating on the front range. I'm an avid whitewater kayaker and I agree with him personally. Every Search and Resuce department within 100 miles has been activated and they need to be helping people who need medication or food much more than some stupid kayaker who thought swimming out of their boat at flood stage could never happen to them.

Wish I could be kayaking, but I wish everyone was safe much more.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
