City of San Diego 401K ???

I just started investing in the City of San Diego 401K.. can anyone tell me what funds are good funds to choose..  I am new to investing.  15 more years till retirement.   See attachment.. Kristina

You probably should get the prospectus for each fund, but short of that and just looking at the sheet, grab one of the index funds. The Wells Fargo has fees of 0.04% (but I don't like the * attached to it). Otherwise the Vanguard are at 0.08%

The other side of this information you need to add would be how aggressive do you want the investments?
