Yes, it was poorly worded. But he didn't say "invented". I was surprised to see how much he actually did in Congress to shape the landscape that did allow it to flourish. And how much credit some of the legends of the day give him (like Vint Cerf).

Wrong again -- It was William Buffett who invented the Evacuation Plan and that is why he is so famous.
