Changing local time on my profile?

For some reason my profile's "local time" is two hours off. I can't see where to set one's time zone in account settings. Help?

Profile> Account Settings > Modify Profile > Look and Layout.

There's an option to set a time offset, as well as autodetect yours.

Ah yes, mine is off by an hour.  I doubt I would have noticed, however.

Makes sense, since not everywhere uses DST.  Thanks for the heads up though!
