Has anyone had success actually talking to someone on the phone ?
I have a billing issue. Opened a ticket. They closed the ticket with no response.
I stayed in hold for 90 min Friday while at work and no one ever picked up. Seemed I was in an infinite loop while waiting for someone.
Anyone have any luck? Totally meeting my expectations for a "free" service. At this point, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you plan to deal with things like this.
