Cannot get ahold of FreedomPop

Has anyone had success actually talking to someone on the phone ?

I have a billing issue. Opened a ticket. They closed the ticket with no response.

I stayed in hold for 90 min Friday while at work and no one ever picked up. Seemed I was in an infinite loop while waiting for someone.

Anyone have any luck?  Totally meeting my expectations for a "free" service. At this point, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you plan to deal with things like this.

I have talked with them on the phone, but it has been a few years, probably got worse in the meantime.

They removed phone support for free customers recently.
The thing on their website to change the PIN number wasn't working so I had problems porting my number out... couldn't get a hold of anyone for help until a Verizon customer support person got a hold of one of them and put us in a 3 way conversation so I could get my PIN from them lol... real pita.
