Title: Best Savings Account? Referral Exchange

I'm looking for a short term savings account (6 months - 4 years) to store some cash earmarked for a specific purpose. 

Any referrals or suggestions for an FDIC insured account with a high APY, > 5%.

Any Banks offering referral bonuses to open accounts right now?

Don't sleep on money market accounts at a place like Fidelity or Vanguard, too. Fidelity usually has a ~$150 signup bonus for new accounts.
