I use two bath towels a week.

Wow!  Do you shower like Vincent Vega washes his hands or something?

I shower daily.

When I used to live in a dryer climate, I would only change my towels every 10-11 days. However, now that I live in Seattle (in the winter) where it is cool and moist, my towels start smelling bad after 4-5 days so I change more often.

I wash my towels about once every two weeks in the winter and way more in the humid summer. Humidity = mildew on towel = mildewy skin. Not good.

Much less than the rest of you. A couple of times a week, I guess.

My grandpa would have a bath maybe twice a month when I stayed at my grandparents' farm. He'd wash his face and body a bit in the sink.

It wasn't so long ago people thought having a bath once a *year* was the right frequency.

But yeah, I work from home, so I don't offend anyone if I have a little bit of odour ;) And of course I'll wash if I'm going anywhere or expecting company.

Every day is fine, and I understand it; but to judge those that don't? Oh boy..

Offtopic: Just had a lovely hot bath. Mm mm mmm.

We use more towels than you because our Beagle goes into the bathroom after any bathing activity and rolls and rubs herself all over the wet towels. She pulls them right off the rack to do so and will also steal wet dishcloths (and damp laundry left unattended in a basket) for the purpose if she can reach one.

I shower every other day, sometimes less in the winter.  I may shower more if I am sweaty.  I clean my towel once a month.

I shower every 2-3 days, partially to save water, partially laziness. Unless I feel gross or smelly 2-3 days works fine. If I'm active I do shower more if I have been sweating. Some days I don't use a towel, I wait until my hair stops dripping and just walk around naked.

Shower most days, although I only wash my hair maybe twice a week.  I always shower after work, and I shower most other nights before bed.  Between having a moderately physical job where I deal with a lot of things that just make you feel dirty, and 2 small children, I feel the need for a shower more often than not.  I don't generally spend long in the shower.  We have a hot tub, so if I feel the need for extended water time, I take a quick shower and then go soak.  Towels get changed out about once a week.

I shower every morning that I go to work, so 3-4 days a week there.  I also installed a shower set next to my porch so we can shower before and after using the hot tub.  I also shower there when I've been farming or doing yard work. The towels I toss in the washer when there is extra room, usually every 2-3 weeks.

I feel like my bathing ritual of daily shower, shampoo, scented.lotion, bath salts and shaving is not the norm....if I make my kids shower less maybe that will even things out;)

I shower everyday using copious amounts of hot water.  I make pretty much no effort to conserve water.  I do dishes when needed, do laundry when needed (about 1 load per week, wife also does about 1 load per week).  Between the two of us we use approximately $30/mo in water.  It doesn't seem like me making any effort to reduce my consumption would be worth my time or effort.

I also have a gas hot water heater, and my summer time gas bills are only a few dollars so it costs practically nothing to heat up the water.
