I loved how everyone in that house wanted to crack their head open whenever they sat up in bed. Come on guys, I know you wanted to maximise the visual space but there are other ways to place the beds that are directly under an eave.

We looked at a place once which was an old library that we wanted to rebuild until we looked at maps and realised not only was it next to an auto shop but you could oil seeped into the ground right by the fence line on satellite pictures.

Thank you! It's been a long time since I've laughed so hard I cried (while trying to keep quiet to avoid waking the kids.) :)

I just kept scrolling, it was like being mesmerized by a lethal snake.

There is a house for sale near us on a very small lot right next to a gas station, and it is impressive how cleverly they took photos to avoid even the tiniest glimpse of the next-door property.
You can see it if you go to Google street view, but I can almost picture a potential buyer saying, "that can't be the same house; that one's right next to a gas station!"

There is one like that here. Nice looking place but they avoid the gas station in the pictures and anyone from here knows there is a very busy road in front of it all. Many other houses I'd choose first if shopping.
