Earthlink Fiber is just resold AT&T Fiber. Toast.net and DSLExtreme trueSTREAM (and to a lesser western regional extreme Sonic.net) are other AT&T Fiber resellers. Customer service may or may not be better than AT&T depending on who you use. (For the record, Toast.net support is worth it as a middleman between you and AT&T.)
