I have not tried those specific courses, but in general I have found Coursera courses to be worth the time.

I have taken several coursera classes and they are all very high quality. Like Zamboni, I did not take any of those specific courses.

Dan Ariely had one a while ago on the intersection of psychology and behavioral economics. It was fascinating.
