I understand, someone disagrees with you, so instead of listening to their valid points, you ignore.
I know what I am talking about, and this is meaningless to me. This law was designed to subsidize me as I age and I can easily work around it. It's going to hurt you much more than it's ever going to hurt me. I love when people who are 25, covered by their parents policies, have such great opinions about something they don't have to pay for. Don't worry, even this luck of the Obama draw is running out next year when you join the rest of us.
I'm not sure who this is addressed to, but I am not covered by my parents' health insurance. I have group insurance through my employer.
I enjoy hearing viewpoints that I don't agree with, and I'm always open to having my mind changed. So far you haven't convinced me on anything, though. I found many of your suggestions to be (in my opinion) unethical, and your description of mental illness as "not a health related medical problem" to be incorrect and even offensive. You can discount anything I say because you assume I lack life experience and mooch off my parents/don't provide for myself (I'll give ya the first one, but you would be wrong on the second), but your own opinions indicate a lack of experience with mental illness that makes me inclined to write off your views as well. You may accuse us of "ignoring your valid points," but you don't seem like you are open to changing your mind anytime soon, either, which makes it not really worth it to attempt to communicate with you... which is what I was getting at with the "not really worth talking to anymore" comment.
Oh, and my employer plan does cover mental health care as well.
Finally, I know I shouldn't take the bait but this:
I also like to throw my plastic cups in the "garbage" bin at Whole Foods to make people like you squirm.
struck me as really strange and immature. Plus, if you're so good with money what are you doing at Whole Foods?!?
