New guy here and what led me to joining and getting more serious was a 10 week trail of cutting out the crap and just seeing what could be socked away. Happy to report after not scaling much back in the way of living nor using vehicles to get around, etc, still managed a 2/3rd savings rate without breaking a sweat. Thinking 3/4 is possible but would need to start digging deeper to hit that and not prepared to go there. Yet!
Of course the summer toys are not being used which made the number easier to attain, therefore selling them is order (put a thread about it elsewhere).
