(Dramatic) depreciation of all gasoline cars when electrics become affordable
I liked the EV's we built in 1970's, our company had plug-in parking at every plant in USA... guess we have come a long ways...any day now EV will be affordable.
Gasoline !!! ick... who needs that stuff!
50mpg since 1976, no Dinosaurs or OPEC required.
Brew your own, with an Appleseed Bio-diesel processor, or just use WVO, or any number of fuel alternatives.
CNG... ugh.. reminds me of all the LP / Gas dual fuel farm and fleet trucks we had in the 60's and 70's.
I'm using CNG in Thailand... What a joke... yes, good for emissions but, you need to enjoy stopping to 'Top-Off!!!' every few hours (like 3x / day...)
I will stick with my Diesel Passats... 25 gal tank @ 52 mpg = 1200+ miles or 2000, km (between fuel stops). 16 hrs is about right for your next toilet break!
