Title: 'The Atlantic' topic this month
Post by: BTDretire on April 24, 2016, 08:24:24 AM
I heard a radio interview with the author that wrote an article for 'The Atlantic',
The article is title  'Financial Impotence' or 'The Secret Shame of Middle-Class Americans', I'm not sure which, I heard one and read another. I don't get The Atlantic, but I Googled it
and it seems the whole magazine is about personal financial problems.
Here's one of the articles from the author.

I'm half way through and I see this, "In retrospect, of course, my problem was simple: too little income, too many expenses."   From my reading at this point in the article, it doesn't seem income is the problem, as we here know, it is expenses.

Here's the Google search results.

You can spread the MMM idea but you can't make people change their ways.
But, we should encourage it all we can.

I feel so lucky to have married the right women, that got me on the right track
34 years ago.

Thought the atricle might make a good thread.
