Hi I'm new here

Hey everyone! I'm Kahryn and I'm from Michigan. My husband discovered MMM when he was looking for viewpoints to support his position in our argument about how warm to keep our apartment in the winter. A couple MMM face-punches helped me see his logic, and then I got hooked on the enthusiastic attitude of continuous optimization and self-improvement. I binge-read every blog post from the beginning of time and now I'm a convert. Looking forward to participating in the community here. Anybody from greater Lansing should hit me up! Would love to make some like-minded friends in the area.

 I lived in and around Lansing a long time ago, back when Magic Johnson was playing for Michigan State!
I lived in E. Lansing, Okemos, Haslett, and Bath. I miss living near the university even though I wasn't a student.
 Welcome and glad your onboard.
 PS. I'm in Florida now, and I don't miss the snow.

Hi, and welcome! 

If interested in making some new mustachian friends, check out the "Meet-Ups and Social Events" section of the forum.  There's a sticky thread at the top of that section, where you can add yourself on the Mustachian map, and you can look through to see if there's already a mustachian meet-up group in your area.

I'll point out that Michigan is NOT a long drive from the Toronto area, where there's a big meet-up, Camp Mustache Canada, planned for October of this year.  Tickets are selling out fast, and you can find that thread in the Meet-Ups section too.  Contact Prospector by private message if you're interested in coming.
