how to report tax for ETF

Hi

I have a brunch of ETFs in IB-UK but not very sure how to report.  I haven't sold so only the interest or dividend need to be reported I guess

I have read this and then more confused

Q1: There is withholding tax for US on VT and VGK, could I claim / offset it with uk tax

Q2: Should BND dividend be reported in interest or dividend?

Q3: Should the offshore funds ETF (e.g. VT) be reported as foreign income?  but they are holding in IB-UK so I assume domestic ?

If there is any link of pointer please send me to have a week;  I am lost after reading forum/HRMC
