I am starting my second round on Jan 2. My first round was March 2017 and lasted 59 days. I'm not going to lie, I am DREADING the "hangover" that I know will come, but I am looking forward to the reset and Tiger Blood that will follow!
Is anyone else starting a Whole30 round in January?

I am planning a take on the Whole 30. But I am keeping potatoes and rice. Just removing bread and pasta from my diet has helped me feel better in just a few days. I all ready wont touch dairy.
I wish everyone luck that tries to tackle the Whole30. It does not look easy.

I was thinking about it, but I didn't shop any differently yesterday. Now I have a week to cogitate and plan.
