Okay, so aside from my regular workout schedule (M/F weights, T/Th/Sat run, Sun walk and sometimes swim, Weds misc (swim, yoga, walk...I sleep in!) - I made this 30 mile/ week goal of total steps.
My running has been ramping and going well, mostly, so drumroll...
Week 1: 35.6
Week 2: 39.8
Week 3: 46.4 miles. Whee!
