I have "quit" coffee about 4 times this year, this last time addiction came back with a vengeance. Over thanksgiving break, i left my beans and grinder at work, and had to go to mcdonalds twice for coffee (i did bike)! The shame was real, so i'm ready to cut the (daily) juice for good.
In addition, i have just plain not been feeling right, when that happens i usually do 3 things. Fast, quit drinking alcohol, and cut out caffeine.
I'm sticking with #'s 2 and 3 for now, and will worry about fasting in a week or so.
How i've quit caffeine before:
1.)Drink tea for a week, it puts off the headaches
2.) quit drinking tea.
3.) done
Beer/Wine?
1.) stop drinking
I've done this, and can do this, but will use this as a bit of motivation for myself, after all public declaration increases success!
Anyone want to tag along on this insane journey?
