I am sick and tired of being sick and tired, so after two bad colds this season, I am throwing down the gauntlet:
I will not get sick for the rest of the winter.
Sure, there's an element of randomness, but I will do whatever it takes to get the likelihood down. Plenty of sleep, regular exercise, not getting stressed, half cup of orange juice a day (let's not go crazy here, orange juice is expensive), better hand hygiene, whatever it takes.
Anybody with me?
